President / Chief Technical Architect
As President, Mr. Plato is the chief executive of Anitian and responsible for overseeing all operations. Mr. Plato is also responsible for architecting the services and solutions Anitian provides to customers. Mr. Plato also provides the philosophical direction of Anitian, focusing on practical, pragmatic security solutions that empower businesses to do more.
Mr. Plato brings over twenty years of experience in information systems and security to Anitian. Prior to working for Anitian, Mr. Plato was a database developer and technical writer for Microsoft. Mr. Plato is best known for his involvement developing the BlackICE intrusion prevention system at NetworkICE from 1997-2000.
Mr. Plato is recognized nationally as a thought leader and innovator in information security. He routinely serves as keynote speaker at trade shows, industry events and professional meetings. Mr. Plato is a prolific author of white-papers, articles and reports which emphasize rational and reasonable ways to respond to security threats and risks. Mr. Plato’s articles have appeared in Information Security magazine, TechTarget, CIO and others. Mr. Plato has been quoted as an industry expert on MSNBC, CNBC, Fox News, TechTarget, Channel Insider and many other media outlets.
Adam Gaydosh
Director of Professional Services / Principal Security Consultant
Adam is Anitian's Director of Professional Services and Principal Security Consultant, overseeing the delivery of all professional services, as well as serving as Anitian’s senior-most auditor. Adam has over ten years of experience in variety of information security disciplines, focusing on security assessments, web application security, regulatory compliance, penetration testing, forensics and incident response. Adam previously worked for the Department of Defense securing classified networks, deploying PKI and identity management solutions, and conducting security testing and accreditation of DoD systems, and has conducted hundreds of security assessments, audits and penetration tests for Anitian, ranging from small regional institutions to large, multinational corporations. Adam has numerous security certifications including the CISSP, CISA and SANS GIAC certifications for security auditing and penetration testing, as well a QSA to perform PCI-DSS assessments. Adam has a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Lisa Slaven
Director of Sales and Marketing
Lisa Slaven brings more than ten years of technology industry experience to Anitian. With expertise building and leading sales teams and partner programs from inside and outside the technology channel, Lisa oversees Anitian’s sales and marketing team as well as leads efforts to develop new and existing partner relationships. Lisa has been repeatedly recognized for delivering results and growing revenue at some of the most well known technology companies in the Pacific Northwest.
Mindy Windrem
Director of Operations
Ms. Windrem is responsible for all the financial and operational aspects of Anitian, as well as overseeing all vendor relationships. Ms. Windrem is also responsible for Anitian's renewal and contract management team.
Ms. Windrem brings over ten years of financial and business management expertise to Anitian. Prior to working at Anitian, Ms. Windrem was a vice-president of operations for a local technology firm. She also was a lead accountant for a large local automotive dealership.
